Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at UTE CAT in Wattala. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, human resources information systems (HRIS), training, and supporting various HR functions within the organization on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
