We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join Fashion Bug (Pvt) Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in the Learning & Development department. Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in learning and development, including 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in designing and executing training programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis to measure training program effectiveness.
