Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of showrooms and head office facilities.
- Prepare and implement maintenance schedules.
- Hire and supervise tradesmen for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
- Contribute to the maintenance budget and monitor inventory.
- Coordinate projects like renovations and new showroom openings.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Basic budgeting skills.
- Excellent planning, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and computer savvy.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, HVAC) are a plus.
