Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Executive located in Colombo. As a Visa Executive, you will be responsible for handling visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and facilitating the visa process for employees and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 02-3 years of experience in Visa handling.
• Experience in VFS will be an added advantage.
• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Ability to work independently & attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Visa handling of Internal & External Clients. 
• Coordinating with Embassies for visa updates.
• Advising customers on Visa requirements & Procedures.
• Validation of Visa documents.
• Filling Visa application forms and Drafting letters to relevant embassies for submission.
