Key Responsibilities and Learnings:
- Ensure fair knowledge of overall HR function.
- Participate in planning and executing training programs, overseeing organizational development initiatives.
- Assist with performance management and recruitment responsibilities.
- Engage in employee events organization, analyze survey feedback, and cultivate workplace culture.
Required Qualification: Pursued or completed a Diploma or Degree in HR or professional qualification in HR from CIPM Sri Lanka.
