Job Description

Location: Peliyagoda

Job Duties:

  • Enhancing the organization’s human resources through planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies.
  • Updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions to maintain the work structure.
  • Supporting staff with recruiting, testing, interviewing programs, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Preparing employees for assignments with orientation and training programs.
  • Implementing employee benefits programs, monitoring legal compliance, and enforcing management guidelines.
  • Retaining historical HR records by designing filing systems and managing HR staff.
  • Contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree/PQHRM/Professional Qualification in HR
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong external communication skills
