Quess Lanka is seeking a Study Abroad Advisor (Student Counselor) who has experience in handling application and visa processes for countries like UK, US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counselling exceeding customer expectations
- Achieve student invoice targets by intake and destination
- Support execution of activity calendars for leads conversion
- Ensure 100% compliance with application processes
- Collaborate effectively with the team to implement projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2-3 years counselling experience in education industry
- Strong knowledge of local education systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High quality service orientation
- Good English communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems desirable
- Strong problem resolution and computer skills
