Job Description
Alpha Health Group, a UAE-based Healthcare Management Consultancy firm, is seeking an IT Support Executive to join our team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities:
- Install and Configure OS and Software in Laptops/Desktops/Servers
- Provide L1 Support to End Users
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain and Repair Laptops and Desktops
- Configure and maintain computer networks
- Support day-to-day IT activities
- Manage IT equipment inventory
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Systems
- Knowledge of Windows Administration/AD
- Experience in similar roles is an advantage
- Willingness to work extended hours
