Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Executive – Recruitment to join our team immediately at our location in Rajagiriya.
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9.00AM – 6.00PM or 10.00AM – 7.00PM)
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and information.
- Write job descriptions and conduct market research.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Identify passive candidates through networking.
- Manage the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Recruitment (BPO Industry).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure within an international team.
- Professional qualifications in HR would be advantageous.
