Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of managed security services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for MSSP operations growth and improvement.
- Manage a team of security professionals, providing leadership and support.
- Monitor service performance, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized security solutions.
- Stay updated on security threats and industry trends.
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective operation of Security Operations Centers.
- Prepare and present reports on security operations to management.
- Develop security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in security operations or managed services.
- Strong understanding of managed security services.
- Experience leading and managing security professionals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in developing successful security strategies.
