Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Following PRs and communicating PR numbers to procurement.
- Check PRs releasing status and follow up.
- Update new PRs in i2i to PR follow-up sheet.
- Check the PO status and follow up with the procurement team to get it released.
- Share the PO document with the supplier through the procurement team.
- Update payment schedule before submitting invoices to Finance.
- Managing & Keeping copies of all invoices.
- Validated GR entries relevant to the invoices.
- Check payment status with the IR team.
- Using Financial software and following up on I2I related payment and updating management.
Qualifications:
- AAT qualified or Diploma in Finance/ Management/ Accounting or HND in Management (HNDM).
