Job Description

Job Duties:
- Supports HR department in screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.
- Prepares and maintains payroll records.
- Conducts employee orientations and explains benefit programs.
- Maintains HR records and tracks employee time off.
- Administers employee benefit programs.
- Schedules meetings for various stakeholders.
- Completes tasks to support HR department’s goals.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification in HR
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing HR experience
- Strong External Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy
