Job Requirements:
- 06 months of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related discipline
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience or knowledge in quality assurance is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Norwegian language is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide product guidance to customers
