Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Shipping operations in the Freight Forwarding industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management with 1-2 years of shipping trade experience
- Knowledge of Gensoft and shipping operations
- Proficiency in sales, marketing, and export-import documentation
- Computer literacy and understanding of 3PL and 4PL operations
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Tracking and documentation operations
- Liner payments, invoicing, and customer relationship management
- Timely preparation of reports and Bill of Lading
- Implementing 7S practices within the team
