Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Provide operation support to the sales team
  • Schedule service requests of clients and ensure technicians attend them efficiently
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and quotation requests of clients
  • Preparing Tenders & Quotations
  • Track product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualification

  • Good Computer Literacy
