Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Management Trainee at Washlex Pvt Ltd. The Management Trainee will be involved in day-to-day operations, process improvement initiatives, and training programs. The role will be based in Padukka, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of operations management and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
