Job Description

Applova is a rapidly growing tech company specializing in mobile solutions for restaurants. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, onboarding customers, menu setup, and providing timely support.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Assist with customer onboarding to Applova
  • Set up customer menus in the system
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests via Email and calls
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer support

Desired skills and experience:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data entry skills
  • Business acumen and customer service focus
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Support
