Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a guide for all customers to reach the relevant department/location.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as needed.
- Receive letters, packages, and send them to the appropriate destination.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for meetings and maintain inventory.
- Manage the administration team and ensure customer-related tasks are handled promptly.
- Anticipate customer needs and build rapport with customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to focus, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
