Responsibilities:

• Act as a guide for all customers to reach the relevant department/location.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages as needed.
• Receive letters, packages, and send them to the appropriate destination.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for meetings and maintain inventory.
• Manage the administration team and ensure customer-related tasks are handled promptly.
• Anticipate customer needs and build rapport with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Education – Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to focus, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
