Requirements:
- Graduate in Human Resources/Management or equivalent qualification, available for full-time work.
- 6 months – 1 year experience in HR & admin activities.
- Manage employee facility services, vehicle fleet, site transport, and staff accommodation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and execute annual engagement plans.
- Provide HR services for blue-collar workers and support training plans.
