We are thrilled to announce an opening for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client’s team.

Designation: Sales Manager – Chemicals and Consumables

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field sales plans aligned with product, market strategies, and the company’s core competencies.
• Address market changes in technology, product lifecycle, and customer needs; continuously design processes for selected segments.
• Formulate pricing strategies and introduce new products/value propositions based on product lifecycle and market potential analysis.
• Evaluate and implement sales techniques to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the sector.
• Conduct regular sales visits to the top 20 customers in the country.

Key Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or an Applied Science degree with a focus on Molecular Biology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a scientific laboratory.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent team collaboration and innovative thinking.
• Valid riding and driving license.
• Willing to engage in extensive travel.
