Job Description
Requirements:
- Lead and manage the pricing team effectively.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Courier services.
- Review daily pricing inquiries and forward relevant requests to team members.
- Send pricing details and track feedback for sales inquiries.
- Review jobs that were not performed and address any issues.
- Conduct analysis of sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead discussions on confirmed jobs to finalize pricing.
- Assess and refine pricing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing or logistics with a focus on air freight.
- Proven track record in team management and pricing strategy development.
