Job Description
The Job:
- Ensure smooth running of HR processes for a UK-based client in the healthcare industry.
- Maintain meticulous data management and streamlined workflows across HR databases.
- Ensure data accuracy of all HR databases.
- Generate reports for informed decision-making including visa tracking, absence analysis, training evaluation, and policy optimization.
- Take ownership of starter and leaver processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
- Manage references and track probation periods.
- Issue training modules, upload certificates, track progress, and communicate relevant information to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or CIPM
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Demonstrated HR experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS
- Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize data accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably background in healthcare or BPO with back-office focus
- Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (Preferred)
