Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Leading and motivating a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Implementing effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
