Job Description
Join our team as a Manager / Assistant Manager – Facility and Maintenance. We’re looking for someone to ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and running smoothly.
Designation: Manager / Assistant Manager – Facility and Maintenance
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
- Oversee cleaning staff and outside vendors.
- Implement and manage maintenance schedules for machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.
- Keep an organized inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with teams to minimize downtime.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in Facility and Maintenance Management.
- Proficient with maintenance software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge in fire drilling and first aid.
- Fluent in Sinhala and English; Tamil is a plus.
- Great communication and teamwork.
- Positive attitude and flexibility.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
