Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish entire finance operation in a BPO company by setting up financial policies, procedures, and accounting systems.
- Monitor financial reporting, group reporting, and statutory audits closely.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze accounting data to provide financial information to management.
- Recommend and maintain accounting controls through developed policies.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial operational and strategic projects.
Requirements:
- Accounting or Finance degree from a recognized university with ICASL or CIMA full qualification.
- 10 years post-qualifying experience as a finance manager or accountant in a reputed company.
- 3+ Years experience in a BPO company is a plus.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
