Position: Procurement Executive

Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Pricing Freight Forwarding/Shipping ( Import / Export )
- G.C.E., O/L., and advanced level with good results in Mathematics
- Proficiency in spoken & writing English is mandatory
- Ability to work in Flexible hours / Holidays
- Proficient in MS office & E-mails
Job Description:
- Obtain rates for all import, export, and courier inquiries
- Strategic rate negotiation through global agency network agents
- Co-ordinate with overseas offices and agents to get rates on time
- Daily inquiry tracking sheet monitoring
- Build and maintain an agent details database
- Weekly analyzing and monthly reporting to management
