Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Celeste Daily. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the Colombo Area. This role requires a strong background in Retail/FMCG sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Retail/FMCG sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
