Job Description
- Support the human resources department through applicant screening, testing, and interviews.
- Prepare payroll, calculate pay, and maintain records.
- Perform administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks for organizational sustainability.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees as per departmental needs.
- Evaluate and support current employees as necessary.
- Assign work tasks, create schedules, and manage calendars.
- Make staff travel arrangements and oversee facility management.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, supervise clerical staff, and maintain employee records.
- Create reports, presentations, letters, and manage office space use and supplies.
