Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Computer Support Technician to join us in Colombo. As a Computer Support Technician, your responsibilities include offering technical support, printer support, hardware support, computer maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, Printer Support, and Hardware Support
• Experience in computer maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of working both independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented with effective task prioritization skills
• Experience with printer supplies and consumables preferred
• Diploma or certification in Computer hardware or related field
