Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Ocean Freight division effectively.
- Develop strategic plans for growth and service enhancement.
- Forge strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor market trends and ensure competitiveness.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze profitability.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in ocean freight with 5 years in senior management.
- Expertise in shipping regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in strategic planning.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
