Job Description
Associate Operations Analyst/Operations Analyst is a key professional of the Operations team, supporting data management processes, trade processes, client reporting, and problem resolution for different client accounts while meeting operational requirements.

Prerequisites:
- Fresh Graduate with a Degree from any field or equivalent professional qualification.
- A “customer first” attitude and a thirst to learn.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
- Ability to work according to US times and calendar.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in the RCM industry are encouraged to apply.
Opportunities are available in the Night Shift: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am (Sri Lankan Time).
