Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to drive strategic growth and transformation by identifying new business opportunities, enhancing operational efficiencies, and leading critical projects. Utilize business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Key Focus Areas:

• Propose business cases for market entry and mergers.
• Provide insights for strategy formulation and drive efficiencies using BI and AI tools.
• Lead special projects focusing on customer experience, capacity increase, risk management, and growth.

Candidate Profile:

• 8-10 years of experience, with leadership experience in finance, marketing, or business analytics.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an MBA.
• Strong strategic acumen and customer orientation.
• Qualifications in Marketing or Project Management are advantageous.
