Overview: CAREER141 is seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Chain & Operations for our Automobile client in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations and supply chain management within the automobile, tire, or spare parts industry, focusing on efficiency and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects for smooth daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies for enhanced productivity
- Manage supply chain process and logistics for optimization
- Collaborate with departments for streamlined processes
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
- Lead and motivate operational staff for high performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
Pre-Requisites:
