Located in Colombo, we simplify the process of finding a mechanic anywhere in Sri Lanka and having car repairs expertly done.
Role Description: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist will oversee and enhance customer relationships through various channels including social media, email, phone, and in-person interactions. This full-time hybrid role, based in Colombo with remote work flexibility, involves close collaboration with the sales, operations, and marketing teams. The specialist will handle customer relationships from initial inquiry to service completion, focusing on boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights from diverse data sources
- Excellent English and Sinhala or Tamil communication skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, with a talent for customer retention and generating follow-on business
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Robust project management abilities to lead and influence stakeholders positively
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Preferred experience in the automotive or technology industries and familiarity with Sri Lanka’s car repair sector
