Job Description
We are currently #hiring for the position of Executive – IT Service Management at LAUGFS Holdings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions.
- Conduct training programs, perform installations and configurations, and provide software/application support.
- Engage in R&D activities to enhance the working environment for staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, with professional certifications like ITIL/Cisco/Linux.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, or related fields.
