Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure understanding of performance processes.
- Manage system data accurately.
- Execute learning processes effectively.
- Develop an engagement framework.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit process.
- Handle grievances effectively.
- Act as the main HR contact for the business unit.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business Management/Human Resources with 3-4 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in HR processes and systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
