We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager (SBU Head) for our Kelaniya hospital. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management, workflow optimization, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in healthcare operations management
  • Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements a plus

  • Degree in management, science, or related field with 5 years experience
