Professional Experience:
- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates.
- Preparation of Statement at Completion (SAC) & Obtained approval from Engineer.
- Preparation of Variations of the project.
- Preparation of rate analysis and breakdowns.
- Preparation of details BOQ breakdowns.
- Preparing Monthly Evaluation report.
- Preparing Material Reconciliation report.
- Preparing Project Cost Control & Daily Costing Report.
- Preparation Sub Contractors Payment.
- Taking off measurements and quantities.
- Supervising the site works.
- Coordinating with Employer, Engineer & Sub Contractors effectively.
