Job Description
Key Learning Areas:
- Involved in defining, developing, and creating sales dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Provide inputs on sales performance trends analysis and market insights.
- Responsible for developing profitability reports and conducting gap analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify improvement areas, analyze data on partner performance, and provide corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within National Sales and Channel Planning & Control.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate in Business Analyst/Finance/Management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of using MS Office package.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proximity to Trincomalee is advantageous.
