Job Description
Job Duties:
- Recommend actions based on data analysis and comparative studies
- Assess working capital investment needs and optimize costs
- Evaluate business unit performance in alignment with unit heads and corporate teams
- Establish financial measurement standards and monitoring systems
- Assist in budget preparation and annual planning
- Evaluate short and long-term financial objectives
- Support business process re-engineering and performance improvement
- Analyze financial results, monitor variances, and recommend actions
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
- Degree/MBA in Business Management
- ICASL/CMA/CIMA qualification
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in IT
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and good communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems
