Fly Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance sales performance in air ticketing. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality service, we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess Voice calls & Emails for high service standards.
- Develop agents’ sales skills through feedback and coaching.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct training to enhance employees’ abilities.
- Increase sales conversion in air ticketing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance, preferably in air ticketing and sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in training and development.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
