Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely and accurate edit validation and processing of equipment order agreements.
- Resolve order quality issues to ensure policy guideline compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate processing.
- Complete financial installation and cancellation of equipment in Xerox systems.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment to meet department goals.
- Ensure adherence to all business policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience (Voice/Administration).
- A/L, HND, or any Degree qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
