Job Description
Job role:
- Provide end user support for all IT applications/ Hardware and service related concerns & queries
- Manage & maintain the organization’s network/ cloud infrastructure
- Prepare monthly report to the Group IT Manager/ Top Management
- Prepare and update IT department’s documents
- Coordinate with vendors
- Manage & maintain IT inventory
- Support internal/ external projects
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT
- Knowledge in computer systems, networks, cloud and software applications
- Excellent documentation & reporting skills
- Ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
