You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various recruitment projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and leading a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. Your strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, people management skills, and ability to navigate complex recruitment processes will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects.
