Job Description
A Client Engagement Team member is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and effective communication. Experience in B2B sales and customer acquisition is beneficial. If you are a team player and problem-solver, we want to hear from you. Your aim is to maintain profitable and enduring customer relationships.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Foster positive client relationships
- Help implement services and plan projects
- Ensure contract compliance
- Manage customer invoices and bills
- Identify new opportunities and maintain client rapport
- Address customer issues promptly, focusing on revenue goals
- Proven experience in client engagement and new client acquisition
- Background in B2B and enterprise sales
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
