Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, experience in Risk Analysis, Financial Reports, BoQ preparation, and cost estimation
- Experience with residential and commercial projects, ability to interpret building plans and use cost management techniques
- Proficiency in quantity surveying tools, knowledge of Procore is a plus
