Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive – Industrial Relations. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR). The day-to-day tasks include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Job Duties

  • Attending to Labour Tribunal/Labour Department Cases
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace disputes promptly and effectively
  • Stay updated on changes in labour legislation and advise management accordingly.
  • Conduct investigations/Inquiries and recommend appropriate action.
  • Timely preparation and issuance of Warning/Caution Letters
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies related to industrial relations.
  • Prepare reports for management on industrial relations matters
  • Maintain accurate records of all disciplinary actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources
