Mission For Social Media Specialist: To help the company build the best digital beauty brand in Sri Lanka and to increase its revenues in both local and international markets.
Responsibilities would include below (but not limited to):
- Develop engaging and visually appealing contents, videos & short videos for various social media platforms.
- Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics for campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights for future strategies and optimizations.
- Create and maintain a content calendar for consistent postings aligned with marketing goals.
