Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager – Apartments at Lakmiro Jobs. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities related to apartments, including lead generation, client consultations, property viewings, negotiation, and closing sales. Also, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and apartment leasing
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
