Job Description
Designation: Assistant Manager – Planning, Logistics & Warehouse
Reporting: Factory Head
Location: Biyagama (Sri Lanka)
Job Profile:
- Execute strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Coordinate production teams to forecast demand and plan schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Manage transportation logistics and warehouse operations for timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.
- Lead a team, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4 years experience in supply chain management with SAP knowledge.
- Exposure in lean manufacturing and excellent analytical skills.
